Who We Are
What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Site Data and Contact Information
We collect information about site location and access, as well as contact information for the purpose of delivering our services effectively.
Analytics and Forms
We use Google Analytics and HubSpot for collecting data on our visitors and form submissions. This data helps us understand user behavior and improve our services.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not share your data with any third parties for purposes other than spam detection. All data is stored within the U.S., either at one of our offices or on HubSpot for form submissions.
How Long We Retain Your Data
For emails collected, we regularly clean out our database of unresponsive emails or those who have not ordered with us in a quarter. Client data is stored indefinitely at our headquarters.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
You can request to access, edit, or delete your personal data by emailing email@example.com. You can also unsubscribe from our marketing campaigns, and you will be removed from our marketing database but retained in our Sales Client CRM.
How We Protect Your Data
We employ an IT company to secure our data through regular updates and firewalls. We have procedures in place for data breaches.
You can opt-out of data collection or targeted advertising by unsubscribing from any of our emails or writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not under any industry-specific regulations or laws for data protection.
